Pastor Eric Lee
"Inwardly Strong in The Word of God and Outwardly Focused on The Work of God”
Pastor Eric Lee is a strategic thinker and visionary who is blending his natural talents with his spiritual gifts to fulfill the call that God has on his life. Lee was raised in Indianola, MS, and grew up at First United Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Sammy Rash. Lee went on to attend college on a basketball scholarship to the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Lee went on to play professionally for the Harlem Globetrotters and Porta La Cruz Mariners. Lee later graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality Management. Pastor Lee also holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a Masters of Divinity.
Lee later moved to Oklahoma City where he met his beautiful wife Victoria Lee. He was reared spiritually at the Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church in Oklahoma City by the wisdom of Reverend A. Glenn Woodberry. Under Pastor Woodberry’s leadership, Rev. Lee answered God’s call to preach the Gospel.
Pastor and Frist Lady
Rev. Lee served as an Associate Minister under Pastor Woodberry for 2 years before returning to Mississippi. Rev. Lee spent the next 7 years serving in the roles of Assoc. Minister and Assoc. Pastor at True Faith M.B. Church in Memphis, TN under the leadership of Rev. J.O. Short. In June 2009 Rev. Lee became Pastor of St. Paul M.B. Church.
Skillfully blending faith and academic, God has gifted Pastor Lee with the ability to preach and teach the Word with simplicity. Pastor Lee take listeners through the Holy Script, causing the Word of God to leap from the pages and challenge listeners to see more, do more and be more for Christ. Lee’s vision for St. Paul is to be “Inwardly Strong in The Word of God and Outwardly Focused on The Work of God”.
Pastor Lee is allowing God to take his thoughts and his faith beyond the average, having had personal encounters with God that have forever changed his life for the better. An emerging 21st Century leader, Lee is dedicated to furthering the cause for Christ and impacting the community.
